Glad to hear more people climb around here.
It's been one of the best stress reliefs for me over the last year or so. Great upper body workout. Bouldering is great in the colder months outdoors and indoors is great as well. Don't get discouraged if your forearms are sore for a couple weeks.Comment

rock climbing is cool, like other's have mentioned. mountain biking too, or get a decent road bike off craigslist. especially if you live in a hilly area, nothing beats busting your ass up a steep climb and then tearing back down at 35mph.Comment
