I need an outlet/hobby

I'm dealing with some family issues and some pent up aggression and anger from my past, Just moved to a new area and dont have any friends around here. Im going fucking crazy. Going to be getting married soon so no money for parts for my car, plus it's cold as shit.

Lately I just want to punch everyone in the face.

I need something to do outside of my house that isnt expensive.

Any suggestions?

Find a cheap bike on craigslist and refresh and rebuild it. Rebuilding my bike really gave me an outlet for my frustrations last summer. Then you'll have a cheap bike to ride!

Personally I'd say at this point, with this information: don't get married.

If no money then like suggested above: hiking, biking, boxing. Pick up another skill set to make more money, intern somewhere, pick up a second or third job for that money to be able to spend some on a hobby.

Get a bike and go run. Is a great outlet for aggression. I've gone out on my road bike when I've been fuming mad, your mind is so preoccupied and your adrenaline is pumping. I averaged about 3-4mph faster on my normal 25mile route. Same goes with running. Get mad, go faster.

Money isn't really tight or anything it's just all going in to savings with life events coming up and all. Plus I just dont really like spending money I'm a tightass.

Biking is a good suggestion. But its rains f-ing contantly and it's cold.
