Steak sandwich from my fave deli.
-A few layers Seared thin sliced steak
-4 slices of bacon
-1 thin sausage patty (unsure of what type)
-1 fried egg
-1 melted sliced of cheese of your choice (I change it up every time)
-Lettuce
-Fried onion
-Tomato
-Mayo
Slapped in between some bread or a bun.Comment

Morning:
Vitamin C
Smoothie - Frozen mixed fruit, protein, fish oil, coconut milk, honey, ground flax seed
2.5oz espresso, w coconut milk creamer
Pre ride:
Gatorade, Iced oatmeal z-bar
(Road up a mountain for 30min @ 170bpm, plus descent ) ;)
Post ride:
1oz Athlete Octane, Coconut milk/Protein powder shake, few pieces of turkey
Lunch:
Gyro (meat, lettuce, jalapeno hummus only), Iced tea
Dinner:
Seared Scallops (4), 1/2lbs Buffalo burger (on plate w. some A1), rice, mixed veggies
Kenny Chesney push ups, core workout
Late snack:
Grapes
Probably drank 24oz x 5 throughout the day.
