I read parts of the manifesto.. It seems like something out of a movie.. Man tries to clear his name/nobody believes him.

I was like "WTF" when I read he resided in the same City I'm from... Even more chilling, when I first heard of this story/saw a photo of him, he looked familiar but I'm still drawing blanks at this moment.
