I'm game. I'll update my squoot and my deadlooft this week sometime since I'm not entirely sure what those two are at the moment.
I think height, weight, & lifts are enough. BF% would just have to be an honest estimate I guess.

This thread bump is making me want to get back in it. Anyone know of sub 150 pounders who hit joined the club. Normal proportioned people not those insanely stocky 5 foot guys.

just squatted 295 the other day for the first time in my life. couldn't move for a few days after that lol.
my bench has been plateauing as i'm still struggling to put up 250ish for a 1rm.
DL is at 385.

Same here, my wife's trainer said it looks like my ass was cut off in an elevator door haha. I hate doing it but before I stopped lifting I capped out my dead lift. my squat max is 315 and I know I couldn't even get close to that now.Leave a comment:

I fell off the wagon hard the last 5-6 months, school and work have kept me so busy I'm ashamed to say I've only been in the gym twice since November......
Things need to change, I'm big in all the wrong ways, something I never wanted to be again.
I need a challenge or goal, I wanted to get some of your guys ideas. I miss being big in the right way, I miss lifting heavy. I've never been ultra lean, lowest bf rating was around 13% and I'm ok with that.
Goals, start throwing them at me. I was thinking maybe a body weight goal, or combined lifted weight goal. Maybe we start something we can all do to get us fresh and sexy for summer?

i would consider a physical therapist first after your xrays. its not that i dont believe that chiropractors are onto something with their methodology, but they often do not fix the problem and end up costing you a lot of money. sports therapy seems to be a nice half-way point between traditional medicine and chiropractics. or at least in my case, thats the conclusion i drew.Leave a comment:

aghhhhh I typed out a nice reply with conversions and shit but my browser crashed.
latest 1RM's:
snatch - 90kg/198lbs
clean and jerk - 100kg/220lbs
clean - 115kg/253lbs
back squat - 165kg/363lbs
front squat - 130kg/286lbs
deadlift (clean pull) - whatever i can back squat that day x 3
i guess if i estimated my traditional deadlift, then maybe 405lbs? 415? i dunno.
been doing a lot of jerk support lately on the rig/rack - pressing 125kg/275lbs lower and lower each notch each week. getting comfortable wtih real weight over my head fucking hurts...Leave a comment:
