    Halp!@&€ Paint on glass

Maybe someone here has some experience with this.
Situation: storefront window, painted 8sq.ft., vinyl decal over paint, 40F outside

I've tried stripper, brake fluid, various tools. The paint, probably decades old, is hard as a rock and at this rate it would take a week to do. I have 24 hours. Paint stripper helps but the vinyl over it wont let the paint soak.
Going to try a heat gun and something sharp, but I'm beginning to freak out.
    Any advice appreciated.

Yes RAZOR blades and lots of them

      they look like this

and go in a scraper/tool like this

      or this

these 2 things combined with some

      should do the trick.

Paint remover try some aircraft coating remover, it will eat the vinyl and the paint, should be able to find it where they sell automotive painting supplies, assuming your Occ Health laws will let you procure such things, and not only let you buy chemicals that are only slightly stronger than distilled vinegar

Aircraft remover ain't got shit on this stuff:

Works 10x better then aircraft remover.

Also, a little heat on the vinyl will make it peal off very easily.

Problem is I can't find the blade scrapers anywhere. I've been to tons of stores.
The paint stripper is some eco shit. Not like the old toxic stuff that made paint look like burned skin. Fuuuu that's why I'm freaking out. The last time I stripped paint years ago, everything worked really well.

Found out the scrapers are made by Stanley so I may be able to find them at a hardware store.
Going to buy two, one for me and my brother and we're going to kill that bitch tomorrow with all the ammunition possible.

Wouldn't that pretty much be a paint thinner?
I actually read somewhere that biodiesel works wonders.

Diesel is ok at softening stuff, you might want to try the New Diesel Exhaust Fluid (we have to have for new 2010 and up diesels here in the US) if you can find it over there yet. Its basically just Urea and that shit will eat automotive finishes but takes a little time to do so

vinyl=amonia over it and it'll lift it off the paint.
                          paint=paint thinner

Yep. Was supposed to be a regular sign job. And in all the years I've been doing this, never have I seen paint like this. But there's a first time for everything.
The customer is a fine lady and I admit I may have been paying too much attention to her smile instead of what was on the glass. Although I now have a hunch she might've known about the paint and deliberately didn't tell me (talked about everything else in detail). Had I known, I probably wouldn't have taken (and charged) the removal, rather left it to someone else. I don't usually do it due to the risks involved with damaging surfaces, or have them sign a waiver. Lesson learned.
She's opening Monday so today she started freaking out, which got me nervous too. And I have plenty of work next week so I need it done too.
