Man, how did I miss this thread? I remember the glory days of BEN. In fact I remember it before it was on bmwe30.net, it was on some shared hosting site. Guys off the top of my head here now, that I remember from BEN in it's prime were Ryan Stewart and Michael Abrahams. There's probably lots more but they probably went by other names. Man, that was like 7 years ago that I first started following that board.
Oh yeah, and Ove definitely knew his sh*t. He'd take engineering equipment out and use it on his car to prove things. I remember he did a couple of experiments measuring intake temperature and strut tower deflection.
BTW, what the f*ck does O.G. stand for?-Brandon

Well, I didnt ride in mine out of the dealership, since I barely 2 at the time. But we've had this car for awhile. Owned from 11/86 to summer 95. Reaquired in 2/03, almost ready to see my 3 years of ownership. Oh, and mine has more miles than anyone on this forum, that I know of. Especially with most of the original parts (engine realted, original block/head), original driveshaft, diff, axles, even had the original bilsiten struts up front until I put the springs in. Original seats, paint.. etc.Old and improved:

I joined BEN in early '01 but never posted on the forums. I joined their mIRC channel and found PJ325i and scott325is there.... started talking to scott, who later started www.bmwbushings.com.
Still early '01, he told me about DTMPower.net and I registered there. Migrated to e3s, then r3v.Erick Mahle | FullOpp Drift | YouTube

Finally, to see him swear off the internet and pass off the server only to keep the name so he has some power when he cant swear off the internet.
And I predict it will include some other form of similar drama before his lease on the domain is up (if he lets it lapse).
Sup Ryan? how goes it, bro?-Pete
