8 Hour Diet- Anyone try this?

Little to no beef/pork, some chicken, lots of salads, tea. I have oatmeal and local honey for breakfast. I've cut the majority of processed items, and make everything I eat. I use butter sparingly, and even then, it's made by me from the milk of my goats. No white flour, I eat sprouted grain breads, no white sugar, cut down on wasteful calories, like beverages and condiments.
You can think you are doing the right thing, having a salad, but then without thinking, you dump 500 calories of dressing and cheese on it. Don't add croutons. I could continue, but I'm drawing blanks, I'll add more when I get home.

I'm on this new fad diet. It consists of eating healthy foods at regular intervals throughout the day with serving sizes proportionate to the amount of activity I'm doing. I also hear when you combine it with exercise it does magical things, you should give it a shot sometime....but don't tell too many people about it.
