Very much so. Real men listen to Enya. Extremely chill but "Orinoco Flow" and "Book of Days" is so wonderful to drive to. Really nice in slower traffic, too. Keeps you sane.

If you like Motorik, Kraftwerk's "Autobahn" will be good for you. That's practically the first use of Motorik and a darn good one at that. The song is killer long (over 20 minutes) but who doesn't want to listen to vintage German electronic music whilst driving their vintage German car? They have quite a few other albums, all of them insanely good. In addition to Kraftwerk, there is another electronic band from the exact same era that made extremely great music as well: Yellow Magic Orchestra. Look up their song "Rydeen" or "Behind the Mask" on YouTube. You won't be sorry. Here, I'll do it for you:

Another fun thing to do while driving (especially if you don't have A/C and it's summertime in the South) is blast any 1980s synthpop with the windows down and wear stereotypically 80s clothing. People will look at you funny at stoplights and think to themselves, "Wrong decade, dude..." In all seriousness though, 80s synthpop is also great driving music. Good beats and a style that is hard to match.

One final suggestion, check out some French electronic bands. They have it going on! Look into an album called Love 2 by Air, Hurry Up, We're Dreaming by M83, and obviously anything from Daft Punk, etc. Great stuff!

If you are a wind player and you aren't a woodwind, you are just being a brasshole...

but 18 months by Calvin Harris is a good album all by itself.. and especially in the car
