    not sleeping.

    best nutrients to pull the sometimes inevitable all nighter off?

    so far all im thinking is:
    protein shake.
    emergen-c (tons of vitamin C for those who dont know)
    and a shit ton of caffeine/vitamin b.


    any other tips?

                            Just thought I should mention this. Taking a "shit-ton" of vitamin B can result in permanent nerve damage. The MAX safe amount is the equivalent of 2 5-hour energy things a day.
