Is this number international? I can't find their contact info for Luxembourg.

            1-402-935-2050

You'll actually speak to an english speaker in the Mid-West. Most of their staff works weekends and actually get stuff done.

get any paypal emails lately? you were most likely jacked through that fake email. phishing

if you can still log on get on asap and change your password to limit the damage.

I have no idea how this happened. I never click on any fake emails, especially not login to shady fake paypal sites or send my info.
I was on Edge on my iphone and unable to google the correct number, that's when I thought of r3v.
Faxing ID and case in a bit, transactions were stopped. Glad I found out so quickly.
                  Heart is still racing.

                  Thanks guys!

No problem, I had to deal with some stupid PP stuff, and had to find those contacts. The (402) number will get you to a real US agent, the 1-866 will get you to someone in Malaysia named "Joe" with a funny accent.

I called the 402 and was reconnected about 6 times, until I got a hold of Roger at account security and was told what to do. One lady had an asian accent, one guy spoke spanish (intl. line I guess) and only Roger sounded American :)

Wellp, one week has passed and haven't really gotten anywhere.
I asked Roger to terminate the three false withdrawls, but was notified of them being sent on Monday.
Now I keep getting emails from PayPal to update info in my account. An account I have no access to because the pass and authorization questions were changed. Can't reply to the emails.
Going to have to call again, although calling isn't worth much since you can't authenticate yourself.

                          Damnit I'm pissed.

Honestly, you are just being too nice, and getting connected to the wrong people, they are there to service you and your account, don't let them tell you otherwise, just keep asking for a supervisor, and keep climbing the ladder.

I didn't get my issue resolved until I got to someone with a four digit employee number. Just keep at it, and you'll find someone who actually cares, and will solve this issue. It took about 14 hours of hold/call time, but I finally got to where they started calling me to solve the issue.

That's what I thought should've happened. I provided my phone and after sending the fax, they replied via email claiming they'd call within three days.
