you're too young to have kids.. but really, 60-70lbs isn't that much for an adult male to carry around on their back. I pack around two 40lb boys all the time. I don't even have to lift weights :p

I know Ive back packed over 100lbs while running 5 miles in combat boots lol Just pointing out he looks to be carrying that 60-70lbs pretty easy on one shoulder, wasn't leaning to the side at all.
