Apparently there were explosions (so far identified as hand grenades) and lots of gunfire. One security guard at MIT is dead so far, one injured officer, there was a carjacking, something about 1 suspect in custody/shot by police (he died in the hospital) and another suspect currently on the run. Vids are pretty much just gunfire in the darkness...the twitter pics are much more intriguing.

These suspects have not been positively identified as the marathon bombers but the ATF and FBI are investigating further
EDIT: apparently they have both been ID'd as the bombers and they have scattered explosives all over the Watertown, MA area...3:55am bomb squad is planning to detonate one of these.

you're too young to have kids.. but really, 60-70lbs isn't that much for an adult male to carry around on their back. I pack around two 40lb boys all the time. I don't even have to lift weights :p

Boston was APESHIT last night....grenades, IED's being thrown at police officers in pursuit. I drove by when the evacuated the red line at the MGH stop...INSANITY in that city right now. Well over 1K cops

The suspects were identified by law enforcement officials and family members as Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, brothers from a Russian region near Chechnya, which has been plagued by an Islamic insurgency that has carried out deadly bombings. I know Ive back packed over 100lbs while running 5 miles in combat boots lol Just pointing out he looks to be carrying that 60-70lbs pretty easy on one shoulder, wasn't leaning to the side at all.


I also hope they catch him alive, I want to here why he did it, but I have a feeling they wont. He WILL be caught but most likey dead.

The infowars/Alex Jones/false flag types are fucking looney. I do want to know if the gov had prior knowledge of an attack, thus explaining the spec ops guys on site before the bombing, or if they were just part of standard operation.
