Anyone work for Facebook? ( tech support)

i am having a impossible time trying to have this issue resolved.
facebook wont let me set up a address for my business since there is a shop close that is not related with a similar name

there is no way of contacting them, they do not do tech support over the phone and the do not have a email address for gueranteed response.
there is no real way of talking to a real person on facebook is why i ask

Twitter is just as bad.
MySpace contacted me and fix the problem in minutes per my email.
