Jaw dropping work done on a GTR!

Show me another car as new, comfortable, reliable and as much of a performer as a 1300whp gtr for that price. Ferrari's and lambo's in this price range couldn't come close to touching one of these, and clearly performance is the goal, not a badge and status.

I agree though, he's a fool. To give away $1/4mil and not even do a background check on the business, kind of alarming how individuals this dumb make that kind of money to begin with.

He spent 250k modding an 80k car. You and I both know he could have made many better choices.

When I was reading that story I was like shit this sounds familiar... then someone posted the link to that 350Z custom twin turbo build and I was like ahhhh yes... same shop. It's too bad shops like that stay in business after doing work like that.

You're right, he could've spent $100k at alpha performance and got a more powerful car. That would've been a good choice.

Someone who has a quarter million to spend modding a car probably has other cars.

The GT-R, when done right, is a pretty sweet car. One of the ETS cars, tuned by English Racing, recently did over 200mph in the 1/2 mile, 174mph on the front straight of the PIR road course, and looks almost stock except for a couple of pipes and front splitter when they have it on for the track. Over 1200whp.
