Yea, been camped on the couch all day. Good race this year, surprisingly high attrition. Local team to me hasn't done shit (PAP parts BMW riley), but still fun. I'm pulling for Cheever & the Crown Royal Crawford, pretty car.
I only managed to catch the closing hours of the race this year......I blame it on brain fade. Good stuff for what I managed to watch. According to the commentators, the attrition rate is pretty consistent with previous races at the Rolex. Sixty-six cars started and only thirty-four crossed the line when time ran out. Endurance racing is definately an event where it seems you're racing against time moreso than the other competitors. Simply having your car still in the running after a 24 hour thrash is an accomplishment in itself.
Kudos to all teams who survived until the end.
