Graphic artist or company needed

Hello,

We are looking to upgrade our logo and need a good Graphics person to assit. Looking for a few things:

New logo that is related to the plates but something that also shows we do other products as well. This would be used on our Website upper, business cards etc. Would like round or oval se we can make stickers must be vectored.

Banner adds
(1) flash add with a car driving across with a US plate stopping and having a pit crew swap the plate to a european plate and peeling off.

(2) standard add with our new logo and scroll products.

If anyone can recommend someone to do this it would be appreciated. I will pay based upon what they can do.
