Lol! That's fantastic Cale ! I was reading step by step and was engrossed in the method . Then WHAM at the last step ! Well done.

I actually buy pre roasted and seasoned small rotisserie chickens and pull the skin and meat off to add to quality ramen from time to time so I thought your step by step was going to be similar

The dried scrotal sweat of multiple Asian men goes into every packet of Maruchan seasoning. It says so on their website.

Reminds me of when I was in school and money was real tight and food choice was ramen or nothing. Cook until done with packet seasoning in the water. Drain off water, hit with tabasco sauce until you know eating is going to cause you to break out in a sweat. The flavor package you pick dose not matter you only use it to salt the noodles.

My favorite ramen is probably tonkotsu (pork broth), but I have to make the pork broth at home.
this add an hard boiled egg, Julianned carrots, green onions and some flank steak and its instant dinner

I made up a recipe for some mean chicken salad wraps with sriracha, grapes, almonds, and walnuts.

Boil noodles. Drain, add butter and parmesan. Enjoy.

I like to poach an egg right in the broth right before I serve it up. Add green onions and a blob of miso to the broth.
