Fathers Day. What was your dads ride?

And NO, this is not a picture thread of your mom LOL. But to his cars, trucks, or motorcycles. Many of us maybe into cars cause of our dads, so post up his rides!

I'll have to scan some of mine(and will do so later), but did find this one.

66 Barracuda Formula S, Think he had this his Sr. year of High School. Hi-Po 273 4speed with fenderwell headers.

I've posted this before, but my dad's first e30. He had 2 e21's before this.
The first car I ever rode in was an e30

I don't have a pic, but my Dad had a 1964 Corvair Monza, before he and my Mom were transferred overseas. At least I think it was a Monza, it was a 4spd 4-1bbl carb setup.

'68 Charger R/T! He bought it new when he was in college. Originally triple black w/ a 440 and 4 speed. Currently has a hemi in it w/ crossram manifold and some other goodies, but he still has the numbers matching motor. Wish I had better pics of it, but it hasn't moved in 4-5 years :(

He has this as well... but he's mentioned selling it lately so it might become mine at some point.

57 Chevy Convertible turquoise and white with the "Power Pack", he almost went for the "fuelie"

They already had my brother but when I came along it was time for a family car and they traded it in for a station wagon... Not sure he ever got over that!

My dad's got a '64 Galaxie 500 XL, it's a 390 4 speed car with bucket seats. It's 1 of 400 with this option package, and even rarer as a factory black on black car. He's had that since he was 15.

Before that he had a '34 Ford Tudor with a 383 Dodge motor, a T-10 and a Dana rear end. Was a junk yard collection but all parts were there to get it running. Had stock interior, and the top was chopped so the windshield was only 10" tall. Sadly sold it to his uncle for what he had into it ($600) so he could pay for another semester of my mom's college.

                    After that it was an FJ40, a brand new '84 318i, then ended up with a '87 325ic, and most recently it's been an '89 635csi, and a '88 635csi.

Here's a picture of the Galaxie as of earlier this year. It's still his baby, just got a new motor and hopefully will be getting painted/ new interior this winter.

I don't remember dads ride because it's been 30 years since I've seen him. Memorable moment....dropping the rear end of moms early 70's Nova with my dad.

I always wanted to build a car with him....

1968 Corvette convertible white over navy blue with a black hard top; 327 4 speed. He bought it brand new and daily drove it for 25 years. For its 20th birthday he bought it a soft top. Thanks, bitch-of-an-ex-girlfriend who pressured him into selling it!
