    Dont know the full story but if he only killed the passenger cant say I feel too badly. Anyone getting into a car with that dude knew the risks. Better to see him go out like this than into the side of a family sedan

                            That's sad. Nurburgring edition E34 M5 in Daytona Violet is a beautiful thing. The guy was an incredible driver, too. Depressing that it had to come to this.

                                    you can not get away with that here in NJ now. damn city cops, county cops, state troopers and helicopters would have been on him asap.
                                    back in the late 80s to mid 90s you would have gotten away with it.

                                                        From what I read, the driver of the videos was in the passenger seat at the time of the crash, and was killed in the car/tree collision.
