Yes, life IS precious. What you choose to do with it is up to you, but it not a free license to do ANYTHING you choose. Giorgi routinely endangered innocent people. Killing someone else while driving was a matter of WHEN, not IF. Did he deserve to die? I honestly can't say although I lean toward the side of "no". It is probably for the best that he will no longer be behind the wheel of a car. Prison and/or hefty financial fines would have been a more positive way to accomplish that, but he wasn't afforded that opportunity.
