He really only poops once a week and its in the "litter box" that surrounds his climbing area. I use puppy house training pads underneath astroturf to separate the poop and pee. He doesn't smell but if his piss and shit mix it's something you don't forget.

Steve - His hands are incredibly strong and rather squishy. I'm sure it'd be one hell of a hand job. Also the fact he doesn't have front teeth....
Now I know why u bought him sicko!hand job and blow jobs pretty nasty off you!

Since summer is winding down I need to marrow down my heat choices. Infrared, electric oil radiator, or just crank dat thermostat on the baseboard heater.

Biggest concern for heaters are going to be safety, efficiency, cost to buy, and cost to run. His room is about 15x15 so it's not a huge area to heat and it's already the warmest room in house. Input is appreciated!
That's looks to be the same model I bought last year. I live in a small (500 sf) house and it worked so well that I ended up using it as the primary heat source. The cost seems to be around half of what it cost me last winter using other electric forms of heating, so that was a nice benefit.

My biggest concern was leaving it alone with the dogs. The housing of the unit never gets hot or even warm to the touch, with only the outlet grill getting warm. I would say that it's not hotter than any other floor vent you would encounter. It's also very stable and has been hip checked by both dogs when they play inside, with no ill effect.

The only bad thing I could say about it is that the fan is a little noisy, not too bad though, kind of like the cooling fan on a computer when it kicks on high. There is also an intake screen with a filter element on the lower rear that you want to make sure you clean every couple of weeks, to get the most efficient operation.. I live on a ranch so it's very dusty and my two long haired dogs live inside, so I usually vacuum the intake screen a couple of times a week. Other than those two things it's been a great heater.

In the middle of a remodel of his habitat. Used rastorbator to blow up some jungle scenery to make the walls look less prison like.

Thats like 5x4 and I'm making a few more once I figure out what obstacles I'm building.

He hangs out behind the shade sometimes just napping in the sun. Was quite a surprise when I couldn't find him the first time he did it.
