"Asphalt Robin Hood" possibly facing legal action

So here's an unusual one: A guy in Jackson, Mississippi got tired of driving into/around a ton of potholes, so he started taking asphalt from the city and fixing them himself. After fixing 101, he is now under investigation.

Good for him. When the government can't provide for the people the people need to provide for themselves. Fuck them for taking legal action. They should reward him. It's asphalt being paid for by the tax payers to be used in the roads. He's not stealing it. He's doing them a huge favor.

All the car enthusiasts in Mississippi should file a complaint against the mayors office, then if that dosen't help they should protest in front of city hall, that's bullshit when a citizen has to do the governments job and then get sued for trying to help people out

If people want to help dont discourage them- all everybody wants to do is 'lower taxes' but then they get really mad when their house burns down or there is a pothole.
