Bought a new toy. 76 ironhead Harley

So pumped about this bike! Picked it up from the original owner with only 2100miles on her. Can't wait to hit the road with it. Plans are to keep it stock and fine tune/polish it up.... Probably change the handle bars and that's it.

Teaching my girl to ride the old bike.. Extremely fun bike that I built.

Your woman is wicked cute, nice IH man. I like the older stuff before HD became a fag bike.

Thanks boys! Yeah she's a real sweet girl;) she was super pumped when I told her she was learning to ride. She's always watching what I do and getting her hands dirty. She helped me change my leaf springs in the jeep XJ.. I just have her putting around first gear right now... Learning to start from stop and take turns..

As for the harley, I'm only a fan of the old bikes... The new sportsters are for lezbos hahah

It's a 1978 CB550. I bought it as a non runner junker bike. Spent a while gathering parts since it was just a frame. Re sealed the motor, cleaned and rebuilt carbs. Painted the tank and seat. Steel seat made by a fellow in the states. Stock honda 4-1 exhaust.

I knew it was a CB550 by looking at it, as I built one up a couple years ago to a simliar fashion. Was a fantastic bike to ride even at my height (6'2) and super fun to build. Looks like a good fit for your girl too. Nice job!

The owner of the challenger was who I bought the bike from. He was selling it also! Such a sweet ride !
