How far down the rabbit hole do you want to go? If you want something simple, relying on USB passthroughs for voltage regulation, it's super easy and could be made for >$30 plus your time (No soldering skills required)... Wouldn't have the gamecube controller plugs, but hey. Not too difficult make that happen though. Ideal for those who like the Ego.

If you wanted variable wattage and voltage per channel, with LED readouts for each. It's a little more complicated, but still less than $100 for all the components. (Would be a designed circuit. Custom order PCB would be nice, but perfboard would work. Soldering skills. Etc). Ideal for those who are hardcore vapers who like to adjust the wattage or voltage, or both.

Basically, just provide 5v power to USB plugs to a passthrough, and you'll have a cheap e-hookah. Make sure there's enough amperage for each channel and voila!
