i believe it. ofcourse whoever wrote it is going to pull some bullshit like that out of his ass just purely for the scare tactic. they are obviously not going to dna test them. but it would definately help take care of the issue at bay much sooner.

I agree with Josh, the letter is bullshit. 1) the semen wouldn't clog the drain and 2) why would they even bother, it's not like anybody was hurt by a clogged drain.
