What about the garage floor tiles that fit together like a puzzle? Fill the cracks then lay those down. Plus you can take them back up again and put them in your next space...

Im an assistant manager at the local Sherwin Williams, if you MUST paint it id use epoxy with a gloss clear over top. The clear coat is going to give you the durable hard finish you want.
But personally, I'd power wash it with degreaser of some kind and call it good since you don't own it. Our garage floor epoxy runs about 70$ for a one stall garage area, the clear is another 60. Save your money for your own personal projects.Comment

that is a great price. i have to do my storage/laundry area. i will keep that in mind.Comment
