Except nothing of the sort. They are charging the guy on the white bike who got "rear ended" with multiple crimes because he was legally in the wrong. Dude is on the hook for reckless driving and endangering a child. Actually, in that video you can see a dozen or so illegal lane changes and failure to maintain a lane violations prior to the brake check.

And then there are the other dozens of charges and impounded bikes they announced from this ride well before this incident.

The cops should watch more of the original video poster's footage, there are several more videos from earlier in the day of the motorcyclists' rowdy and often illegal behavior. In several cases they ride on sidewalks, block cars at intersections with quads, run red lights, split lanes, change lanes without signaling, box cars in keeping them from retreating/exiting to the right lane, inter into verbal altercations with other drivers, ect.

The RR drive was certainly not the first driver that day intimidated by the clowns.

Several unedited videos seem to be hosted below and apparently they were grabbed before the original went viral and the owner pulled the rest due to incriminating evidence.(no clue why gaga's page is the one hosting them but they are all there)

jesus christ. the RR was, at one point, completely stationary. know why? a mob of faux-gangsters blocked the road. people got off their bikes and were advancing towards his car.

    yeah watched it many times,

The reason the bikes stopped in the road is because of the first wreck and they stopped traffic to check on their rider that got hit. Remember he has 2 broken legs from that hit.

But that was not a break in any form. ASK a cop!

Nope, its called a "swerve and squat" and if witnesses say you did exactly what this biker did you'd be on the hook for it. The bike entered the lane illegally and decreased speed without giving the Range space.

There is a reason the police are charging the biker who caused the wreck instead of the car. Thankfully for the Range Rover driver one of the asshats put it on the internet as proof.

Sorry to all the biker friendly guys on here, but fuck all those bikers in the ass. I would have hit more of them at speed. I have been in similar situation both here, and while I was in Japan, and both times I fishtailed my car through gangs of bikers and gave them plenty of 1/4 panel love. Enough that they didn't want to chase me down.

We should start donations for this guy so he can replace his Range Rover with this and run over all the bikers who act like this group did.

Go ask your local cop or your insurance adjuster if you have "right of way" if you choose to enter the lane of a vehicle, steer in front of it with approximately 4 feet of clearance and slam on your brakes.

The cop will call you an idiot and your insurance adjuster will call the office to make sure they drop coverage on you.
Before the hollywood stuntz(group roughly organizing the weekend's festivities) forums were quickly overloaded and pulled down there were supposedly threads discussing tactics used to slow a multi-lane roadway/intersection to a standstill(such as laying bikes on the ground in front of the cars to intimidate and parking quads to block lanes of traffic) as a group so riders could perform stunts for a video. It seems that something like that may have been what was initially kicking this whole thing off. My guess is that time will show that these particular riders were not out for a simple afternoon ride. There is already over an hour of footage posted showing these bikers to be acting like ass hats in general and breaking multiple laws repeatedly, no doubt that some of them have more incriminating evidence on film that hasn't come out.(I'm absolutely sure if the additional footage proved the biker's innocence that would be up by now.)
