This statement is completely wrong, but then again nothing else in your post was particularly brilliant. Go ask your local cop or your insurance adjuster if you have "right of way" if you choose to enter the lane of a vehicle, steer in front of it with approximately 4 feet of clearance and slam on your brakes.

The cop will call you an idiot and your insurance adjuster will call the office to make sure they drop coverage on you.

So there was a brake check, but why? I have a hard time believing a father with wife and kid would do anything intentional when surrounded by bikers. The fact that they swarmed around like that is terrifying enough.

Also, how does a guy on a bike think brake checking a 4600lb SUV is going to end? That was just plain stupid.

I ride, I know plenty of stupid pieces of shit with a wife and kids who ride like complete assholes. I know them, I choose not to ride with them.

As a person who put 10,000 miles on a sportbike last year I will gladly say any bikers harmed in the making of this video fucking deserved it. The guy in the white started it by cutting off the Range and brake-checking him. The guy whose family claims he is a cripple was an accomplice to a group of people who cornered the guy in the SUV and was attacking his vehicle.

Pro-tip, dont stand in front of a 5000lb vehicle driven by a guy your friends are threatening to kill. Just like you would be an idiot for standing in front of an elephant your friend was about to shoot.

Different group, same event. The Prius has a green light to drive. They have red lights and they are hitting the car and starting trouble. They also drive through every other red light and also are in opposite lanes.

That could have happened. The rover could have started it. Doubtful but could have happened. But if you watch how the bikers drive in the rest of the videos. It doesn't cover their case well at all. It only shows that they were out to be destructive on the streets. Just like when he break checked the car, then gets hit and it's the cars fault? Maybe as far as a ticket goes but if you break check anyone in a car or not you are asking to be hit in the rear

The driver probably could have gotten away if he stayed left and went up the Henry Hudson Parkway and stopped for police help at the toll. This was my old neighborhood... Police and cameras would have prevented these fools from beating that poor guy...

Worst thing he did was get off the highway. They cannot do shit to him at 25+ mph. Allowing the Mob to be on foot is where things went wrong. Even if he cut them off somehow before the video they were dumb to mob a Rover.

If I had a family I would do anything to protect them. That includes running over thugs on sport bikes with half helmets(fucking gay).
Should have stayed on the highway went over 80mph and bumped anyone that thought to get beside me. Let's see how two wheels does against 4 with 3 ton coming at them.

I have been stuck in biker rallies before, I move over into the slow lane and put my hazards on to let them by. Then again this is upstate NY and I doubt this would happen here.
