I'm saying he did something to initialize ALL the break checks. There were probably many. But again, Mr. RR did SOMETHING to antagonize these guys. I heard it happened at a gas station.... Bet it was the stations on 96th street. Then when he took off down the WSH it all escalated. Again, misfortunate chain of events and prime example of NY road rage. But who knows.
