    Some of my new photography

Haven't had a photography thread lately, and I've been really working on my stuff because i'm trying to get into art school. Here's a few of different genre's, have what you will with it.

    and my personal favorite.

i bet you can't tell that last one is actually two shots mashed together. ;)

    Comments and Critiques appreciated.

The last one is the sexiest thing I've ever seen.

There's a definite bend in the left-most tree on the right side of the frame where the images were stitched together.

It was taken with a Peleng 8mm fisheye, I think that factors for most of the bend.

looking good man. some of my personal opinions. some of the backrounds in the skate shots. just lil stuff like the light post behind the dude in the first one, the chick with the camera and the ppl etc etc.

but, i understand you were location shooting and not exactly setting up properly.

other than that, good stuff man. i wish i still had time to shoot more stuff.

If you can't perfect the background (i.e. tell people to move, shoot so there's no bright colored distractions behind you), the easiest way to solve this problem is to pan with the subject and blur the background.

A fisheye will give a smooth bend. Look at the tree...it has a kink in it.

ben: even in the original picture, which i will post up in a minute, the tree is bent. the fisheye i shot with is an 8mm which is extremely wide, even on a dslr. I'm applying to art center in california, after seeing the movie, "waiting", it has definitely changed my outlook on community colleges. now then, i'm off to host the two shots i mashed together.
