You can get the sell button and a metal detector from gold chests, which as far as I can tell you only acquire when you buy the tickets with a donation. Yeah, I caved and donated $10 since the game does amuse me. Damn this game moves slow though! My main problem is storage capacity...leaving things running overnight is almost useless.

Hmm, I guess the gold ones are rare. Most of the brown chests seem to have nothing, or coal or $50k in them.

I am at 76km + 22% right now with a 36000W drill rig (basic nuke engine, spike drill, lv5 fan, large cargo). Saving up platinum for a level 8 fan...skipping levels 6 & 7 fans since I collect platinum pretty fast. The real bear is going to be the Huge Cargo since it takes 20000 U, which is going to take a week lol.

So what's the deal with the tool upgrades in the Hire Center? I dropped $1B on the drill, but I don't really see a difference in resource gathering speed or isotopes or anything.

^Once you buy them, go into the drill center, and under inventory, you equip the item. Of note, buying the recipe for the tool and crafting it are two different steps.

I got those things down. I mean the tools that your workers get equipped with. I have 10 workers and have been loading them up with shovels, hammers, etc, and now they have the drill things that cost $1B. I just can't figure out what that upgrade did!

At 95km+21% right now...no golden chests. I am getting screwed! lol

LOL, yeah. I am at the same spot, need to get the 6b upgrade on them, but without the 20000 U for the cargo boost, it's not worth it... Just putting money away and selling everything but isotopes.

This game almost sucks in comparo.

What's the highest depth anyone has see a treasure chest? Seems to me they're all at 40Km or below...?

Treasure chests start at 40km. I only see gold ones below 70km, and very rarely too.

I shut down my mining operation on Saturday since I was tired of waiting for 20k U, but maybe I will check the updates out. I was at like 102km depth or something lol.
