So About Those Two E30 M3's In The For Sale Section...

...assuming some of the R3v kiddies buy them, how long 'till we see them back up for sale? 2 weeks? A month?

Anyone wanna draw up a pool?

You're assuming that Rev kiddies can come up with more than 6k worth of liquid assets.

It's happened before...once in a blue moon right? Didn't Il Duce do it?

Someone can crunch the bumbners and come up with the money, somehow. They just won't be able to maintain the thing.

I told my dad about them and he's genuinely interested in one of them. Hello, track car.

"See, we're adding a little something to this month's sales contest. As you all know, first prize is a Cadillac Eldorado. Anyone wanna see second prize? Second prize is a set of steak knives. Third prize is you're fired."

          depends on who buys them.

Your dad doesn't count as a R3v kiddie. Unless Pasha truly is your daddy like he always tells people.

Refer to post #1. "R3v kiddie".

That would be someone who lowballs people for $15 parts and looks for deals on used oil filters.

I could snatch one of them up.....I have the funds for it. Maintaining it, that's another matter in and of itself. Had I not quit my job at the beginning of the year to return to school I would entertain such an acquisition.

Someday I hope to have one....just need to get my career chit in order first.

The kiddies won't buy them. Their dads migh get them for a track car or someone who knoes what they are doing will get them.

Put some money into an IRA for yourself first.

Seriously. It's all fun and games being the shit with an E30 M3 now, but if you put money away ($2k/year from 19 to 26) then never touch it and never put any more in, you'll have $100,000 more than the guy that puts $2k/yr in from 27-49, assuming both at 10% interest.

You sure about that, tiger? You do realize that your max. yearly contribution to your Roth is $4,000 at the moment?

Oh I am sorry :(. I bought my M Coupe at 18 with my own money...I am not at all jealous.

I'm a true e-baller, boy. I take $7500 cars to the track 'cause I don't care if I wreck 'em. I buy D&G ties by the case because they tend to fray when they're flapping out the window of my M Coupe at 150MPH on the freeway.
