I've never felt so down because of a celebrity death until now. I was too young to share the feels of Senna's death. If it's got tits or tires, it's gonna cost ya!

I thought the F&F was the coolest movie ever until I matured and realized how it was kind of cheesy, and from then on I never really cared about Paul's work. Then I saw Running Scared, and I was caught off guard by how good it was and it's because Paul really was a good actor. It's too bad he never got any more big roles.
I remember watching an episode of MTV's "Cribs" around the time that F&F came out and it featured all the homes of the F&F stars. When they showed Paul Walker's house, it wasn't your typical Hollywood mansion but actually just a basic motorhome. He had his surfboards tied to the roof and he seemed very happy to be living a simple life just spending time hanging out with friends and not caring about fame or anything like that. I greatly admired that and it stuck with me.
RIP

Some of his non-FF movies are quite good. He could do drama well, and probably would have had a nice long career once he got away from the Fast & Furious movies. I don't understand why both him and Vin continued to do them? Maybe the paycheck was too much to turn down, but I would gladly watch another Pitch Black over another FF..
