30.5, feel like 22, look like 25, and act like 12. Right now I am happier than I have ever been and the future is bright. I think most of you wippersnappers are cool cats.

A couple of my friends still skate Vision and DeathBox decks. They are as rad as possible, they even have the plastic sliding rails on the edges of the deck. I've been wanting to get one but I am still skating the same Independent trucks I've had for over 10 years and I just keep replacing my deck and my bearings because they are cheap. I got a set of Spitfire 101 Hardline wheels since I only skate concrete flow parks and they have been awesome.

Yeah. My first board was some cheap assed Variflex craptacular board. I can't believe they are still around.

hey! you leave Variflex alone ;)

picture a set of 169's with infamous spining axels onto 65mm red kriptos and a tiny G&S Variflex for slalom duty,

man, i could go on forever about the chicks I picked up in Central Park and skateboarding from Queens into the city during the 80"s transit strike, midnite rides in CP just before it snowed, temp rises and ski turns pink :ah those were the days. wahhh !!! :)

I had a Vision Ripsaw that I would kill to have back. Traded it sometime in 87 in San Diego.

                              Dog Town.

And NOBODY better rip on and G&S product. Gordon and Smith rocked surfing and skating.

Anybody remember the Pro Line decks?

And I still have a ball bearing type 4' wide fiberglass skate in my living room. Tiki graphics. Way old school, even to me.

And my kids wanna know why they can't ride my decks...

here you can look up any board by name or brand, a mint 78 SC Stinger will set you back $ 4500 ! go to Price Guide link http://www.artofskateboarding.com/PG/aos_pg_main.asp

mine got crushed, replaced ot with 1980 SC Steve Olson, then a Sims Bert LaMar and next year was another Sims, a Mike Folmer model, they weight next to nothing and loved the super concave design.

add some gold shield bearing with removeable caps and a set of sweet wheels for pool duty in Farmingdale, L.I. concrete bowls. man oh mang.

once up on a time while doing Supermans down Death Mans hill in CP my blue and white Clouds could not take it anymore, so bought some extra stiff bushings to elimanate wables, then proceded took a 5+ft long piece of wood, it was so sick ! wheels wizzing and flushed with deck's top, i can't even describe the feeling
