Bimmerforums is a commercial website, not just a forum. When you speak bad about a vendor (I have had bad experiences with Umnitza and when someone asks I do not hesitate to express that), they tend to lock the thread. When you do it often enough, they put you in timeout.

There's also a moderator in the Z3 section who is fiercely jealous of me buying the M Coupe at such a young age, and has never done much to keep those feelings to himself; today he made a repost of a thread in Off Topic that was still on the first page (!!), and I lambasted him for it. I think that has something to do with my timeout.
