here this is kinda fun, It seems to be dead nuts for my family, as my self and a the wife have some terms and specific accents that are dead give away's but have some fun with something from the NYT other than starting fire with it.

Mine shows Detroit, Grand Rapids MI and Toledo OH as where I am most likely form, and its dead on I was born an hour from GR and raised about an hour from both Detroit and Toledo, and 2 hours from GR.......... I cant seem to get the share map link to work

Edit: Wife shows Minneapolis/St. Paul only, She is the quintessential northern Minnesotan, accent is a total give away, born and raised about 30 min form Duluth

I did this a few days ago. Put me in San Jose, CA, Reno, NV, and another sikky gnar gnar hella Nor Cal city. I've never lived in any of those places, but maybe the SoCal + Idaho thing did that.

Put me in Sacramento area, but I've lived in Bend, OR my whole life. I don't think it ever lists any Oregon cities though, judging from a few others I know have also gotten.

This puts me in Denver and Aurora, plus CA. I think its remarkable; the years where I learned to speak were in Colorado Springs, and then spent most of my years in Albuquerque, NM, so it is definitely in the ball park. Most of my relatives are from either CO or CA. Pretty cool!
