Put me in Aurora, IL which is pretty close to my hometown Chicago. Not bad.
I don't even own this car anymore, but I'm too lazy to change the picture.

Lol, I confused the hell out of that quiz. I was a military brat, and ended up in the military myself, so I've been all over the country and been exposed to just about every dialect out there. That being said, the really funny thing is that I've never been anywhere near the three cities I ended up with.

you didn't read closely... just ran through the test again and it's an answer for question #5.

anyway, the test seems to think that term is an inland central california thing.

answered the questions of how I used to speak growing up (before 10 years of the U.S. Army and 20 years of living in Germany) and it was spot on too!! very cool.

Well, it was dead-on for me....as soon as I got the sandwich question - "Hoagie" and carbonated beverage "Pop" question, I knew it would have me pegged as a Pittsburgh guy. And it did. Pittsburgh, Akron, Cleveland were the 3 cities that popped up...

Grew up there until I went to college in Eastern PA and have lived here in Richmond for the last 12 years. Don't think I carry much of the 'Burgh accent anymore, but still use a bunch of words that really give you away from being there. Gum Bands, Hoagie, Pop, stuff like that...can bust it out when I head back for a bit to visit family.
