What electric shaver is good for a guy?

Hey,

I Would like to buy my dad a electric battery face shaver for his Birthday.
Can you guys tell me whats a good yet not expensive brand,and how much i should pay? Thanks

All depends on his hair honestly, like me I cannot use any electric razor since I have copper wire for facial hair but if his hair is thinner and softer it would possibly work better. You can't go wrong with a good safety razor set though they give a great shave no matter your hair!

i have copper wire for facial hair too, and found that braun gives the best dry shave and panasonic gives the best wet shave.

^Exactly. It is really impossible to do what you are trying to do. I went through three different (two above $150/ea., and one at $99) models before I gave up and decided it was a beard for me.

If you want a good wet shave (e.g. in the shower) get a panasonic.

If you want a good dry shave (e.g. no water) get a braun.

buy the most expensive one you can afford.

This^ I think the last time I was clean shaven, was in '04. Stubble or beard <3
