Hate to do it: thread/post request

I'm looking for the thread/post about a neat-o bolt extractor. It was a demo video where they extracted protruding, flush, and sunk-in broken off bolts, perfect, on center every time. The tool basically screwed into the hole of the sunk in bolt and guided the drill bit into the broken off bolt.

I just can't find it. Even on the Googley moogley.
