Shuey on top of all the regular drivers.

      Ferrari is back bitches.

Super Aguri is only 8 seconds off the pace in the 2002 Arrows & Duct tape special.

i'm so excited for this season, it's going to be a great one.

i don't think the V-8's sound like trash, they are a bit deeper but still sound amazing.

some better rules and changes are happening this year so that should be interesting to see how they all pan out.

what are some people's predictions for this years season?

As already stated, Ferrari's 2005 season left them with some hard-learned lessons. I'm certain they took good notes and their new platform for 2006 (the 248 car) looks promising. Schuey will be determined to get back on top.

              Other players:

Honda: since they took the controlling share from BAR after 2004, they've been throwing some serious cash into their effort. Their biggest rival in F1 is Toyota which has been sinking TONS of money into F1 since their start a few years ago. Honda will not sit casually knowing their homeland rival has a serious shot a being one of the top 3 teams.

              Toyota: see above.

McLaren: they had the quickest car last year (when it ran) and they have a chance to be a threat again this year. Providing the new Mercedes V8 powerplant can deliver, these guys will be quick. And keep in mind, Fernando will be joining this team in 2007 so both Juan and Kimi need to prove themselves since only one will be staying after this season ends.

BMW/Sauber: I'm not sure what to make of this bunch just yet. There hasn't been as much press on them as the other, more promising teams. They still could be ironing out some wrinkles since BMW acquired Sauber late last year.

All the others: Midland, Red Bull, Super Arguri, Torro Roso, and the like will be making up mid-field and back most of the time. I can't completely rule out a fluke day where one of these guys winds up in the top 5.

I'm stoked with the new qualifying format, it should make for an exciting hour of knock-out style grid placement. Glad to see tire changing is back as well. That "nurse the tires all weekend" policy of last year was a bunch of BS.

I can't wait. I missed practice. :( They're showing the Bahrain race at 3am on Speed tonight, and tomorrow at 9:30. I can't decide which one I want to watch, because I'm going snowboarding tomorrow, and the race isn't over until 12. But I don't want to be up until 5:30 watching the race, and then get up to go snowboarding. A dilemma!

BMW isn't worth watching in F1 anymore. If you want to watch BMW, stick to touring cars and the SCCA.

Their track record the last couple of years speaks for itself. I'm not bashing them, but I just follow different teams in F1. I like McLaren and Ferrari, and I also want to see the Red Bull team kick some ass.
