You have to smirk not smile. And also hit the weights. In the last 8 months I've gained 35 pounds. I was always a handsome guy, but last summer it made all the difference. I got hit on bunch (in the day time! I don't go to bars or clubs).

Also on OKC. I get probably about 1 message per week pretty much offering ass and I have a shitty profile with all selfies with no job listed.

For every one who says girls don't care about a buy being ripped. Its a lie. I'm not saying that if you get bigger they'll just drop panties. I am saying its an edge. If you feel like your doing bad, you need every edge you can get. This edge is a lot cheaper than a Ferrari or a penthouse.

Whats most important though is CONFIDENCE. Can't stress that enough. No matter how confident you say you are, you are not confident if you are not successful. In most cases that's all it takes to get laid.

I've been hitting the weights for a year now, and yes, it's difficult for me to gain weight but I've been getting more stronger and toned. I have been power lifting.

I'm on OKC but getting little results. Only been on one date, get messages every once in a while.

I'll add about the hands in the pocket deal. I honestly don't know wtf to do with my hands otherwise. Feels awkward just resting at my side, and or messing with stuff.

Not gaining weight = not eating enough. Lift like a body builder not a power lifter. IMO power lifting is a pissing contest. Lift to be aesthetically pleasing.

Yes I did. Through a little networking with an american rotti breeder I found an ethical German rotti breeder in Tucson who has 2 male mahogany/black German puppies. I have had 4 long phone conversations with them about the parents (both imports) their breeding practices, temperament, hips and OFAS, what I expect and want in the puppy and what I will be doing with the dog (in want a companion dog that I am going to shutzhund obedience train, not bite sleeve train), not having a strong prey drive amd socialization.

I am going to name him Erhardt (strong Speer/strong will)
