Haha don't get me wrong Columbus is a fantastic city and lately has a TON of good stuff going on. I absolutely love my neighborhood I live in and all my friends here. I just don't want to deal with the weather extremes and am looking to try somewhere new. If I don't like it out there I will come home.

Even if this doesn't pan out, you won't regret trying. This is awesome. Good luck!

^I know how you feel. I've been wanting to do what you're doing for quite a while. I'm tired of having maybe 3 months total of good, comfortable weather. I'll miss the east coast's history and charm though.

Glad to see things may work out for you in California. I grew up there and couldn't do it. If shit doesn't pan out in SoCal you're more than welcome to crash on my couch here in Phoenix. There's lots of work available here, including Amazon where I work. The benefits are insane and the pay is ridiculously high for this state.
