    It doesnt work. I think figures in LA were 1/3 of monthly income goes to housing. I believe that rate is rising also. We have the worst income/housing expense ratio.

    It's funny, non-Californians think California is the place to be, and deluded Californians think California is the place to be, but real people that are not caught up in the appearance game of trying to be conceived as cool don't give a fuck about that hellhole. I truly don't think I could ever go back after being a Native, multigenerational Californian. I guess it's just different strokes for different folks.

    Hey guy moving to El Centro, there are many better places in this country than the vortex of fake that California represents.
