What! Well I guess they are running out of cars to throw into these movies after making 2 already. They have already done the import scene cars, and domestic cars. Gotta go euroh now.

Pick up the original GISS on DVD, not that godawful Bruckheimer abortion. Pick up "Junkman" as well, also by Halicki. Snag "Vanishing point", as well as Le Mans. Gran Prix is decent, but not on DVD. If you wanna get artsy, pick up "A Man and a Woman", great 60's cannes artsy french flick with lots of sex & racing, can't beat that.

while drifting isn't a motorsport, stupid to watch, etc..... I still would like to try a drifting 'event' out, just for the shear stupid fun of it. After going to a few track days, I'm starting to take autocrosses less like wannabe track days, more like pointless (but still fun) tire-scrubbing drift days.

actually, i gotta try it. several friends are the people with 240s and did an actual event which was on ESPN...

but anyway, one is a NASA instructor and uses it as practice / to get comfortable with oversteer.

he drifted the entire auto-x course in the rain in his turbo miata and got last place in his class... but didn't lose it and had amazing control the whole time.

Bullitt ... The Italian Job (remake and original)

Bullit might have the best chase scene of all time, one of my favorites for sure.

The original Italian Job had a really shitty plot IMO, although it had some nice cars (I cry when they wreck the Muria.)

The new Italian Job was a good action movie with great driving scenes, although the revenge-driven plot really does get old.

And the 1 veilside rx-7 is hot.

They're still using Dominic's veilside rx-7? If so, that's kind of cool. That car was in the second one too.

I'll admit I'll see it just because the professional filming techniques will make the drifting more fun to watch, that is if there's any talent involved behind the camera.
