Damn these are some quick times. Are you guys modifying/tuning yourself, or just quick upgrading to be at top of class?

I might have to try the M1.

              Alright guys.

I'm kinda upset, because this appears to be just about the limit for my kickass 3.0CSL:

              1:45.201
Then I threw a 510 together quick, but didn't like it as much:

              1:44.019
Now I'm working with an E28:

              1:42.964

As my own rule, I never use non-OEM aero.

Top speed is king. The E28 has the most horsepower of the three and isn't held back by being heavier. The Datsun had the best brakes/tires but the straights are too long for that to be an advantage. I might take another stab at improving the CSL...

What kind of top speeds are you seeing from your E28?

If I remember correctly, I was right around 150 at the braking point for turn 1 when I hit the downhill correctly.

Also, how did you fix your 360 squid?

Overheated it and it apparently does a complete reset.

I think the most I hit on that straight was 138 with the s2k.

I think 1:43.2 would be the most I could do with the s2k with lots of downforces.

I can't see myself doing much better than this.

With a little practice I should be able to get into the 1:41's
