                    Will receive 2 points on license in California
                    Those 2 points are not eligible to be removed by attending traffic school
                    Those 2 points will increase insurance premium

                    These tickets can be filed as an infraction if the cop is being overly nice that day. Typically they are filed as Misdemenaors which will stay on ones record and be seen by any prospective employer that runs a background scan

                    Usually Reckless driving is the statute of the penal code that will be used.

                    If in fact charged with a Misdemeanor and without funds to secure an attorney one will be appointed by the court system.
                    Considering that 36 percent of all Americans have less than 1000 dollars in savings its a safe bet that this person will be using the services of the Public Defendant.

                    If deemed a "habitual offender" the court can revoke drivers license for up to a year.

                        What a dumbass. Most cops never feel nice so i bet hes got a misdemeanor only thing going for him is unless he wants to get hired by a major corp most places shrug off misdemeanors its the feloneis that screw you over.
