It wouldn't surprise me if it's someone from Sacramento. The amount of bad driving on display here everyday is alarming.

Is drifting considered exhibition of speed in California?

If it isn't, it should be.

              What a clown.

I don't think so. I think its consider as reckless driving.

Will receive 2 points on license in California
Those 2 points are not eligible to be removed by attending traffic school
Those 2 points will increase insurance premium

These tickets can be filed as an infraction if the cop is being overly nice that day. Typically they are filed as Misdemenaors which will stay on ones record and be seen by any prospective employer that runs a background scan

Usually Reckless driving is the statute of the penal code that will be used.

If in fact charged with a Misdemeanor and without funds to secure an attorney one will be appointed by the court system.
Considering that 36 percent of all Americans have less than 1000 dollars in savings its a safe bet that this person will be using the services of the Public Defendant.

If deemed a "habitual offender" the court can revoke drivers license for up to a year.

He's also lucky that that cop didn't just fuck him right up the ass on the spot then shot in the face
