Back problems, what are your guys' experiences?

Finally saw the doc last night, ordered me xrays today.
From what he sees, my lower back has lost its curvature (?) and goes flat for a bit.
Also, a hell of a lot of muscle spasms from what he gathered.

ok...so he told you ..or she.....you have lost your lumbar lordosis..and u have spasms....

hmmmm.....not a big break thru..lol


you coulda lost your lumbar lordosis secondary to spasm,,,aaaaand when spasms decrease youll get lordosis back!!!

btw...my new bavauto press bleeder isnt working at all....bummer...bigtime....its aways the ez shit that goze wrong.

So yesterday my lower back decided to give out again. It's been sore off and on for the last few months but I had to crawl to the bathroom this morning it's so bad. Took the day off work and have been laying in bed since yesterday afternoon. Heat pad, ice, stretch, rest and repeat. I need to get my ass back in shape, this was a painful wake up call I have been needing I guess.
