Compton is more sad than anything else.

I was in Compton this morning at an AutoZone.

A man of African heritage was posted outside the front door as I was walking in. Said man asked if he could by my things with his credit card, in exchange for half of what he had paid for the items, but he wanted it in cash.

He likely has a stolen credit card and needs to buy things asap before it is canceled.




Also, I bought my 1600 with a big bullet hole in the hood. Guess which city the bullet hole came from? You guessed it - Compton, Ca.

I will be in Compton tomorrow, I have a customer who I regularly visit there, Long Beach Ave/Rosecrans Blvd., I'm not gonna lie, even as a big Latino/Hispanic male I'm still very sketched about my sorroundings, when I'm there.

True fact about living there; either you have been shot at or know of someone in your family, who has had that experience in their lifetime while residing in Compton.

Though it is not like what you see staged in the movies, it can be pretty scary if you're out there in the night time.

also as others stated already, compton isnt as bad as it was in the 90s.

certain parts of the cities below are definitely worse than compton.

I feel like that's the way for most places that you're warned to stay away from by people who have never been there. Sure the chances of someone messing with you are higher, but it's not a death sentence to be seen there.
