Without a doubt my house, in this market. Bought for $635k now valued just over $1mil.

It's a retarded market here, driven by foreign money.

Nope, just a stupid crazy market here.

Bought my townhome for 220k in 2001, sold it 4 years later for 400k. It's stupid expensive for the average income earner to own here. I sure as hell couldn't afford the house I live in now if it wasn't for the 250k down on it when I bought it for 630k.....I was maxed out at that mortgage.

Just about only underwear I wear. Once you wear those, you can never go back

Best purchase I've made would have to be my degree. Glad I decided to put in the time and effort and will have my degree come June. And I'm only 20.

Probably my houses. Bought the first 6 years ago for $180k ex wife just sold it for $240k. Current house I bought last year for $135k (was a screaming deal when I got it) put about $10k in and now it is worth about $220k.
Most fun and hassle though was my B7 S4 that I recently sold for my jeep.

I guess my house would be my first choice, not that it has raised in value much.
After that I would say the 8 grand I spent on Snap-on tools last year. I was able to write enough off to not pay any taxes this year and they are going to last forever.

ipad mini #1. Guided access is the shit and it's small and light enough to keep the kids quiet. Love that shit.

Switching to Mac #2. None of the bloated and shitty microsoft OS' issues and it's soooo much easier to maintain, operate, and be productive with. I have no idea why I've invested so much time and money on towers.

Last would be my lot of Giant bikes. Ive got a carbon/alloy OCR2 compact roady and a late bowery roady fixie. Next will be a mountain hybrid. I freaking love biking!

                            2 things for me

#1 best purchase is a 4 post lift for my garage. Working on my cars is so much easier its silly. No more laying on my back under my tii trying to adjust the alternator belt. awesome.

#2 on the recommendation of a close friend, a Milwaukee 12v power drill/screwdriver. A quality tool, great battery life, and would drive 200 screws into my new decking before i would have to swap out the battery. A QUALITY tool.
